If you have Pro make sure you reset the blacklist, check the 'Scan at startup' option. Are you running S1 as 64-bit application? Which will not support the Waves bundle as Waves plugins are not yet 64-bit. What version of Studio One are you running? Pro or Artist? As Artist won't be able to use 3rd party plugins.
